Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

Sr Maintenance Technician Job Description As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of our maintenance team, working from Friday to Monday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. This position provides an excellent opportunity to operate within a world-class environment, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our ambitious goals. Responsibilities Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program. Address production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. Conduct tooling changes, machine setups, and in-process adjustments. Rebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controls. Document detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls. Troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, generator, and electrical systems. Engage in continuous improvement projects. Participate in equipment installation. Test equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met. Maintain, repair, and rebuild various production machines and equipment. Follow all safety and cGMP requirements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Millersburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.65 - $35.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
