You will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely manner. Must be motivated & available to work "On Call" for emergencies. The successful candidate must be experienced with service and repair in the following areas: Electrical Appliance HVAC Drywall Painting Plumbing Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential.
