Senior Project Manager Commercial Construction | Cincinnati, OH A well-respected commercial contractor in the Cincinnati market, that has grown over $75M in the last 5 years, is actively looking to add a high-level Senior Project Manager to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys running projects independently, wearing multiple hats, and being heavily involved in both operations and preconstruction. The company has a strong backlog of work ranging from local commercial projects to large-scale opportunities including data center construction valued up to $50M . Most work is based in the Cincinnati region, though there is potential involvement in a major Fort Wayne project for someone open to travel. This is not a role where you are simply overseeing others — they are looking for someone who truly understands construction from multiple angles and can take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What They're Looking For:

Strong commercial construction Project Management experience Ability to manage multiple projects independently Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and constructability Experience with estimating, preconstruction, and subcontractor relationships Comfortable handling scheduling, budgeting, and operational responsibilities Proficient with Procore and Bluebeam Strong communication and leadership skills B.S. in a construction related field preferred, or equivalent experience
