is looking for a professional to join our daily operations and help maintain quality and preservation for our customers.

The job description includes:

Performing maintenance and repair jobs on our vacations rentals 40 hours weekly, overtime work in the summer season May thru September Performing routine tasks such as air filter and battery changes, etc Performance of repairs including general carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor roofing repairs, window repairs, flooring repairs, plumbing leaks, and etc. Performance of handyman type projects including installation of flooring, interior trim, deck and railing repairs, cabinet replacements, door and window replacements, and etc. Performing routine maintenance on company office buildings Assisting with company events The job requirements include: Experience with hands on maintenance tasks including minor appliance, plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. Experience with general handyman type projects including but not limited to carpentry (trim, framing, and decks), drywall, painting, lock installation, window and door replacement, and etc. Good communication skills and the ability to describe a problem in detail A good sense of schedule and staying on time Willingness to be flexible, honest & open minded Ability to work well within a team, but also independently in the field The person who fills this position will work under the guidance of the company's Property Manager and in conjunction with the field operations manager and must be interested in growing their skills and knowledge. Guidance and some training will be provided. This position offers the opportunity to earn bonuses. A company truck, equipment, and power tools are provided for work purpose only. Normal Work Schedule is Monday

• Friday 8:00 a.m.
• 5:00 p.m. Saturday's are a required work day May 15
• September 15 and and is required on a rotational schedule the remainder of the year along with being available for emergency calls for after hours.
