JOB SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Community Manager to maintain and enhance the value of the assigned portfolio by delivering an effective and efficient customer service response program for residents? maintenance needs; providing ongoing general maintenance repairs and implementing a preventive maintenance program to safeguard the asset?s physical structure and fixtures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance Maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry Prepare units for new residents (cleaning, painting, repairs) Keep common areas, grounds, and workspaces clean and safe Rotate on-call duties for after-hours emergencies
What You Bring:
5 years or more experience in building maintenance District energy experience High school diploma or GED Chief or 1st class boiler's license Valid MN Class C Driver?s License + insurance Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment:
Hands-on, active work?indoors and outdoors Lifting, climbing, and physical mobility required Downtown St Paul multiple mixed use sites
