Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Part-Time Maintenance Technician and help maintain the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities. This role includes maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting building systems and equipment including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks. We are looking for dependable individuals who can work independently and complete tasks professionally and efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities Maintenance on HVAC systems, appliances, and building equipment Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Assist with equipment installation, setup Maintain pumps, motors, compressors, lighting, switches, outlets, and control panels Conduct routine building inspections and general repairs including doors, flooring, painting, and related maintenance work Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of maintenance or service technician experience preferred Experience with HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, appliance repair, and equipment maintenance Electrical and plumbing repair skills Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Preferred Certifications HVAC, electrical, or facilities maintenance certification preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
