Full-time ________________________________________ About the Opportunity Foshee Residential is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support one of our apartment communities in Rabun, GA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in solving problems, and helps keep a community running smoothly day to day. ________________________________________ What You'll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Troubleshoot and repair appliances and building systems Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner Help maintain curb appeal and overall community appearance Follow all OSHA and safety regulations Provide strong customer service when interacting with community members Work both independently and as part of a team Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Assist with preventative maintenance and additional tasks as needed ________________________________________ What We're Looking For 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and repairs

EPA & HVAC
