Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at our oceanfront resort in Daytona Beach Shores. This is a hands-on position for an all-around maintenance professional with experience in HVAC, building repairs, and general property maintenance. The ideal candidate must be dependable, professional, self-motivated, and capable of handling a wide variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and replace A/C systems and components including: PTAC units Fan coil units Drain lines Thermostats Capacitors and motors Perform drywall repairs, texture, patching, and painting Complete carpentry repairs and light construction work Troubleshoot plumbing and electrical issues Repair doors, locks, hardware, and fixtures Perform preventive maintenance throughout the property Pressure washing and exterior maintenance as needed Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and common areas Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in clean and organized condition Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours issues when needed Work safely and follow all company safety procedures Requirements Experience in HVAC repair and replacement required Experience with fan coil systems and PTAC units preferred Knowledge of drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance issues independently Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments Valid driver's license preferred Resort, hotel, apartment, or commercial maintenance experience is a plus What We Offer Full-time stable employment Oceanfront work environment Opportunity for advancement Supportive team atmosphere Competitive pay based on experience If you are an experienced all-around maintenance technician who takes pride in your work and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks, we would love to hear from you.
