Maintenance Technician (Chester, VA)

Maintenance Technician (Chester, VA) Full-time Maintenance Tech needed. We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable team player with a positive attitude. Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. Guaranteed 40 hours per week! Must be skilled in all areas of apartment maintenance including but not limited to: A/C (both R-22 and 410A) and heating systems Electrical Plumbing Appliance repair and installation Interior and exterior lighting Patch and repair sheetrock Assist with keeping grounds and dumpster areas neat and free of trash Pool experience is also preferred

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience. Must have CFC certifications (at least types I & II). Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must have own tools. Hours are Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call schedule.
