In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will help us uphold safety standards, optimize equipment performance, and create a comfortable environment for all staff and visitors. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures efficiently and accurately. Read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to diagnose issues and execute repairs with precision. Conduct HVAC system servicing including air conditioning units, refrigeration units, and related components to maintain consistent climate control. Lead small maintenance projects or assist construction teams during facility upgrades or renovations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance and facilitate future troubleshooting. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards across the facility. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance. Ability to interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and blueprints for effective troubleshooting. Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in equipment repair and general maintenance tasks. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team during complex projects or urgent repairs.
