Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st shift, specializing in the repair and maintenance of CNC machines. This role is critical to ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently with minimal downtime. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues across a variety of CNC machines Troubleshoot CNC control systems and associated machine components Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to reduce equipment downtime Conduct electrical troubleshooting on both single-phase and three-phase systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and hydraulic diagrams Assist with the installation and setup of new CNC equipment Maintain proper lubrication and coolant systems Repair or replace defective components such as motors, bearings, belts, and sensors across both the CNC department and aluminum foundry Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage Collaborate with operators and engineering to resolve recurring equipment issues

Experience/Certification Required:

4+ years of experience in CNC or industrial maintenance Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, particularly milling Working knowledge of electrical systems (PLC troubleshooting is a plus) Ability to use diagnostic tools and precision measuring instruments
