Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment, facilities, and basic operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is comfortable tackling a wide range of maintenance tasks. The position offers flexible hours, allowing you to build a schedule that fits both business needs and your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment Handle small engine repairs and upkeep Assist with basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., pickup trucks, light servicing) Complete general facility maintenance tasks (e.g., hanging signs, minor repairs) Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing and electrical issues Identify maintenance needs and proactively address potential problems Coordinate with outside vendors when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of small engines, plumbing, and electrical systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload Comfortable using basic tools and equipment In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
