Maintenance Technician

Overview Cenergy Oil & Gas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We are an established, locally owned & operated company that is expanding our convenience stores and locations; we are in need of dependable employees who want to grow with us. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and general maintenance for all stores. Travel to all Cenergy locations is required, dependable transportation is a must. Responsibilities:

Perform routine general building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, perform minor plumbing repairs to sinks, faucets, urinals, toilets, and drains; repair doors and hinges; paint as needed. Maintain and clean equipment such as ice machines, cooler coils, refrigerator & freezer fans, and replace AC belts. Clean ceilings & vents, replace air filters, and clean cameras domes and lights. Clean card readers and change filters on fuel pumps. Maintain grounds by cutting grass, pressure washing parking lots, & routine pest maintenance. Provide first response assistance to trouble calls, make preliminary assessment of problems, facilitate needed adjustments or repairs utilizing internal and external resources as required. Inspect, identify, and correct facility equipment and system problems to maintain properties and equipment in safe condition. Maintain property by way of cleanliness, appearance, and function. Order and stock supplies and materials to replace materials consumed and assure their availability for assigned projects, scheduled maintenance, and emergency responses. Maintain maintenance logs for each location. Work on new build sites with construction crew as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Communicate effectively; both verbal and written communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot skills to diagnose & resolve issues quickly. Lift or move a minimum of 40 lbs. repetitively. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, climb ladders & balance. Work indoors and outdoors in hot, cold, wet and dry environments. Use common and specialized maintenance tools effectively and safely. Availability for occasional after hours calls and/or emergency response. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid Driver's License Own transportation to travel to each location. Minimum of 2 years of experience performing building maintenance of various types. Full time position, pay based on experience.

Pay:

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
