Maintenance Technician Job Description Join a dynamic food manufacturing facility. The facility is equipped with advanced packaging and bottling lines that efficiently move products throughout via conveyor systems, ensuring the finished items are ready for warehousing and shipping. Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair packaging machines, gear boxes, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, motors, cylinders, pumps, valves, and flow meters. Maintain and repair case packers, case sealers, filler machines, labelers, and palletizers. Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, including troubleshooting machinery and electrical systems. Handle 3-phase motors, cylinder repair, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, valves, gearboxes, conveyors, flow meters, VFDs, wiring, PLCs, relays, chillers, boilers, blueprints, schematics, and PLC troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work with GMP standards in a food manufacturing environment. Understanding of complex machinery operations and repairs. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lizton, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $83200.00/yr.
