What You'll Do:

Identify and perform repairs to building, equipment, and property. Use a variety of skill sets to perform repairs and maintenance - carpentry, mechanical, electrical, metalworks, plumbing, and painting. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Document work and purchase orders, and material lists. Gather information to provide recommendations on requested improvements and/or modifications to company facilities. Regularly inspect company buildings, equipment, and property; generate work orders for necessary repairs to ensure company property is kept in good operating condition; ensure quality and safety of work performed. Assist with grounds maintenance, including but not limited to lawn and parking lot maintenance and snow removal. Assist in administering all operations in accordance with OSHA, ADA, and other specified legal requirements. What You Need to

Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience with schematics preferred Valid forklift driver license; Lockout/Tagout certified; Hazardous Communications / Material Handling - Training done in house Must be able to sit, stand, and move easily; must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, squat, and Required to frequently walk; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with arms and hands Ability to lift 50-100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Self-starter who can begin projects and work independently Ability to take direction from others; eager to learn with excellent organization skills and attention to detail Able to operate technical and basic woodworking equipment and thrive in a fast-paced environment Good technical and mathematical skills (micrometer, caliper, fractions, decimals) and operate technical woodworking equipment Capable of generating original ideas, brainstorming, and developing innovative solutions; problem solving skills Ready to Apply?
