Maintenance Technician & Equipment Washer Location:

Ackerman, MS Pay:

$19.14/hr + Paid Vacation & one time $500 retention bonus

Schedule:

12-Hour Rotating Day Shifts, indoor and outdoor, working in all weather conditions Are you looking for a role that gets you hands-on with massive machinery? We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ackerman. This is a critical role where you ensure our fleet is clean, inspected, and ready for action. MUST be able to pass hair follicle and have a valid driver's license. What You'll Do As a key member of our maintenance team, your day-to-day will include:

Fleet Care:

Utilizing permanent wash facilities and portable steam cleaners to maintain major equipment and light vehicles.

Facility Management:

Keeping our wash stations and site clean and operational.

Mechanical Support:

Assisting skilled mechanics with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.

Technical Tasks:

Using computers to generate work orders, reading service manuals, and operating shop tools.

Safety First:

Operating strictly within MSHA, state, and federal environmental regulations to keep yourself and your team safe.

What We're Looking For Reliability:

Someone who shows up ready to work and can handle a physically demanding environment.

Technical Curiosity:

A background in heavy equipment, or mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical) is a huge plus.

Independence:

The ability to take a task and run with it with minimal supervision.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required (Vocational training is a plus!).
