Maintenance Technician

Summary:

This position is responsible for operating Adhesive Filling Machine. Maintain a clean adhesive filling machine and work area while also producing products that are scheduled to be packaged for shipment. Keep accurate time records for shop order and production efficiency reports. Primary Duties Specific to

Adhesive Filling Department:

Operate filling equipment to the standards that are expected on a daily basisAssist Pod Leader, as needed, with change-over of filling equipmentCleaning of filling equipment throughout the shift, as needed, and ensuring filling equipment is clean and ready to operate for the following shiftCommunicate with Pod Leader ideas to improve operations, procedures and efficienciesFollow all safety protocols when handling raw materials

Essential Duties:

Follow all safety protocols that are designated by Eclectic ProductsPerform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisorParticipate on cross-functional on-site teams when requestedContinually work with Pod Leader to find ways to reduce waste

Experience:

High School diploma or GED1-3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
