Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) Manzanita Oceanfront Inn - Manzanita, OR We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain and support our newly renovated oceanfront hotel. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities in top condition.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Respond to guest service requests in a timely manner Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections Assist with ongoing renovation touch-ups and improvements Maintain a clean, organized maintenance workspace

What We're Looking For:

Prior maintenance experience required (hotel experience a plus) General knowledge of multiple trades Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Strong work ethic and attention to detail
