Job Description

Overview Join our team in beautiful Estes Park! We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain our short-term rental properties and grounds. Duties Repairing damages and completing general maintenance in rental units Performing routine maintenance inspections Yard work and property upkeep Hot tub cleaning, maintenance, chemical balancing, and minor repairs Assisting with plumbing, electrical, and painting projects as needed Qualifications Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting Valid driver's license required Bi-lingual preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
