Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and optimizing production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. The role requires a proactive individual to ensure smooth operations through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. Install, repair, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial components. Conduct routine inspections and document maintenance activities in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with production teams to identify equipment concerns and recommend solutions. Assist with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and special projects as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety protocols. Essential Skills Experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics maintenance. Proficiency in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues. Ability to read schematics and blueprints. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming. Skills in maintenance repair, welding, and automation. Knowledge of electrical wiring, PLC control, 3 phase systems, and electrical maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications A degree from a 2 year degree is required. Experience with pneumatic systems and conveyor systems. Why Work Here?
