Maintenance Technician - Full Time

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventative maintenance, as directed by supervisor Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled routine basis and as needed for unexpected occurrences Move furniture, equipment, and assist residents with moving needs as assigned Assist with grounds care as necessary, such as weeding in the summer or snow removal in the winter Consistently work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, physicians, families, consultant personnel and other ancillary service providers Join us today if you meet the following requirements: High school diploma or GED Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting Electrical and plumbing experience Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community and on-call duties Some of our benefits include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous PTO Plan Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses 401k
