Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in food service, catering, and hospitality while working in a lively, team-oriented setting. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision. Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow during busy service times and special events. Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations. Restock supplies as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for daily operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or cleaning supplies. Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Basic understanding of kitchen operations including bussing, food handling, and sanitation practices. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff during busy periods. Familiarity with catering or banquet experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Prior hospitality or hotel experience can be advantageous for adapting quickly to our fast-paced environment.
