Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local property management company in the Morgantown area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering weekly pay , steady hours, and growth potential. We are seeking reliable candidates with experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or general skilled trades work. Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and experienced in troubleshooting and completing work orders efficiently. Key Responsibilities Complete daily maintenance work orders for apartment and property units Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems Handle apartment turnovers including painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections Troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure timely repairs Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, facilities maintenance, or construction Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications HVAC or EPA certification is a plus Background in apartment maintenance or property management maintenance Skilled trades or construction experience strongly preferred Benefits Weekly pay Health insurance options available Holiday and vacation pay Referral bonuses and attendance incentives Full-time, stable employment opportunity Apply Today Apply directly through Indeed or call (304) 381-4466 for immediate consideration.
