Job Description
Are you ready to take your maintenance skills to the next level? Join our team at MountainLoft Resort as a Maintenance Technician II! A career as a Maintenance Tech II entails maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. This role will require a variety of skills that include but are not limited to painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceilings.

Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning. Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment and replace caulk tile/grout door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges. Inspects rooms for pest intrusion and inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components. Replace light bulbs and ballast, repair closet/drapery tracks, replace furniture, and repair knicks and gouges. Detailed documentation in English is vital for maintaining logs and inspection sheets. Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
