Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00

PM Pay:

$30-$35/hr Position Summary The Maintenance Technician III is a senior-level, hands-on role responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems Maintain and repair production machinery and facility equipment Diagnose and resolve issues with motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, drives, and VFDs Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, meters, and test equipment Support and lead equipment installations, upgrades, and rebuilds Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and uptime Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repairs Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Experience with VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems Ability to work independently and lead maintenance efforts Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Coverage (MEC Plan) 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Comprehensive benefits package through Nesco Resource Com055 Nesco Resource is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.
