Maintenance Technician Lead

Ready to be the go-to expert on the floor and take the lead in keeping advanced manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. This is a hands-on role located in Wickliffe, OH for someone who thrives on solving tough problems, working independently, and making a real impact every day.

Job Requirements:

4+ years of industrial maintenance experience (lead or highly independent role preferred) Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting expertise Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment Ability to read schematics and technical drawings Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the role $36+ per hour + $1.50 shift differential Monday-Thursday 2:15 PM - 12:45
