Maintenance Technician, Pine Hills area, Orlando

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, immediate opening for an experienced multifamily professional with at least 4 years of experience and knowledge of GAS appliances. The ideal candidate has extensive technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including full-system replacements, as well as a strong working knowledge of gas appliances and water heaters, electrical systems, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance. This role requires reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional residential service.
