• Full-time We are looking for a well-qualified Maintenance Technician.

Responsible for the daily operations at the property in the areas of landscaping, carpentry, painting, roofing as well as the performance of all routine and preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical integrity of the property.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

3 years experience in plumbing, electrical, remodeling, property maintenance, landscaping, carpentry and general repairs. Background emphasis on HVAC troubleshooting and repairs. HVAC certification is a plus. Universal EPA certification preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Valid NY State Drivers License with a clean driving record.
