Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Certified Teacher for the Visually Impaired in New York State (NY license required) Prior experience supporting blind and visually impaired students preferred Ability to adapt curriculum and environment for accessibility Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities/Duties:

Deliver individualized instruction to blind and visually impaired students Assess and adapt learning materials and classroom setup Consult with classroom teachers and staff to support student development Document services, progress, and collaborate for IEP implementation Travel to assigned caseload locations as determined
