This position is responsible for ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained school buildings, as well as coordinating bus routes, vehicle maintenance, and driver supervision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to student safety. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, developing schedules for preventative maintenance, overseeing transportation logistics, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Preferred qualifications include experience in facilities management, transportation coordination, or a related field. A CDL (or willingness to obtain) is beneficial.
