Maintenance Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscape care, equipment repair, and general building upkeep. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, pruning, and gardening to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy. Perform repairs and general maintenance on cabins and contents Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently for construction, landscaping, or maintenance projects. Conduct routine inspections of buildings and outdoor spaces to identify repair needs or safety hazards. Maintain hardscape features including pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other structures through repairs or enhancements. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Building, appliance repair experience a plus Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for safety inspections and repairs.
