Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a maintenance person for rental properties located in the Gouverneur/Fowler area able to start ASAP. Must have experience with plumbing, electrical, remodeling, building and other repairs associated with homes. Will also be responsible for plowing and sanding private roads in the winter - a truck equipped with plow and sander is provided for that part of the job. Hours vary based on the needs of the tenants/properties. Must have a cell phone and be able to be on call for emergencies. In the winter, the hours could be more and varied, to include late night/early mornings and weekends, as these properties are located on private roads that are not maintained by the town so plowing and sanding must be done as needed, in a timely manner. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle for going from place to place as needed. Pay will be $20 - $30/hour, dependent on experience.
