Job Description

Supervisor, Maintenance & Engineering We are seeking an experienced maintenance and engineering leader to drive equipment reliability, asset performance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance, engineering, and technical operations to maximize equipment uptime, improve operational efficiency, and support new equipment integration and industrialization initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading maintenance and engineering teams, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, coordinating equipment and facility repairs, and providing technical leadership to ensure uninterrupted production. This position will also oversee capital improvement projects, support the commissioning of new equipment, and drive process and equipment enhancements to improve productivity, capacity, and cost performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance and engineering leadership, with a strong background in high-speed automated equipment, including indexing, pick-and-place, continuous motion, and robotic assembly systems. Experience with reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and maintenance management systems is essential. Additional qualifications include strong project management and leadership skills, proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic production environment. Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and machine vision systems is a plus.
