Operations Manager Each individual performing this function is responsible for ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate at peak efficiency. Also to interact with the entire team to strive to achieve goals, promote achieve goals, promote safety and build a relationship with team members through respect and communication.

PRIMARY DUTIES

1) Development and supervision of all maintenance and tooling activities, with safety of associates being priority 2) Leading preventive maintenance of molds and machine reliability 3) Establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program and handling department turn processes, periodic inspections and capital improvements 4) Prioritize work orders and schedule techs daily work priority 5) Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times 6) Leads the team by proactively resolving employee issues, builds team work, and ensures adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner 7) Perform other duties as directed by
