— FAST Make-Ready Technician (Apartment Turns) Worthington, OH 43085 $20.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM BG Staffing Behind on Turns? We Need YOU. We're in crunch mode and need a reliable, hands-on Make-Ready Technician who can jump in, take direction, and help us crank out READY apartments —fast and right the first time. If you're the type who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in seeing a unit go from "not ready" to "move-in perfect," this is your opportunity. What You'll Be Doing You'll be a key player in getting units turned and ready for new residents. Expect a fast-paced environment where your work truly matters. Completing make-ready/turn work on vacant apartments Basic maintenance tasks: light plumbing, electrical fixes, appliance checks Painting, patching, cleaning, and prepping units for move-in Following directions from the maintenance supervisor Working independently to knock out units efficiently Keeping a steady pace to help the team stay on track ✅ What We Need From You We're not looking for perfection—we're looking for dependability, hustle, and follow-through : Experience with apartment turns or maintenance preferred Ability to take direction and run with it independently Knowledge of basic repair and prep work Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Someone who shows up ready to work every day and gets the job done Team player mindset—we're all in this together Dress Code (Ready to Work) Work pants: black, brown, or beige
