Make Ready Technician Supervisor:

The Make Ready Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that vacant rental units are cleaned, repaired, and made ready for new tenants. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to maintaining properties to the highest standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Unit Preparation:
Inspect vacant rental units and create a checklist of necessary repairs, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. Complete all required tasks to prepare units for new tenants, ensuring they meet move-in readiness standards.Repairs and Maintenance:
Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including painting, patching walls, fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues, and replacing fixtures as needed. Ensure that appliances and HVAC systems are in working order.Cleaning and Sanitization:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the unit, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Pay special attention to detail, ensuring the unit is spotless and presentable.Inventory and Supplies:
Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies, maintenance tools, and repair materials. Monitor and order supplies as needed to support make-ready operations.Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local codes, and company policies during all makeready activities. Conduct final inspections to confirm the unit is safe and move-in ready.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of make-ready activities, work orders, and inventory. Prepare and submit reports on make-ready progress and unit readiness.QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in maintenance, property management, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent organizational and time management skills.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
