Job Description

Category Imaging - Mammography Job Type Contract Advance your professional skills in a specialized healthcare setting by providing vital imaging services as a Mammography Technologist. Your expertise will directly impact patient care by delivering accurate and compassionate mammography imaging, ensuring early detection and diagnosis of breast health concerns.
Schedule/Hours:
Contract position with full-time hours
Qualifications:
ARRT (Mammography) certification required Demonstrated proficiency in mammography imaging techniques Strong knowledge of safety standards and patient positioning Prior experience in a healthcare facility performing mammograms preferred Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality imaging Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality mammography procedures, ensuring accurate imaging Prepare patients for exams, clearly explaining procedures and answering questions Review images for clarity, communicating results efficiently with radiologists and other medical professionals Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment according to established protocols Strictly adhere to all safety, privacy, and regulatory guidelines during patient examinations Document imaging findings and maintain detailed patient records Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients throughout their visit Why Apply?
