You will formulate budget and cost estimates to support plans. You will provide information about, and interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures. You will perform specialized work involving managerial or administrative work. You will perform studies or assists others with full scale studies. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing budget formulation and cost estimation to support organizational plans, which includes reviewing budget requests and reporting on financial obligations and expenditures. Conducting analytical, forecasting, and interpretive functions associated with the control of financial resources to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Providing information on and interpreting standard budgetary, accounting, and financial administrative procedures to advise management and resolve financial issues. Tracking and controlling funds for special programs while performing analytical work related to the overall management and flow of organizational funds.
