Job Description
The City of Grand Marais is accepting applications for the position of Management Assistant. Help the City interact with the public through community engagement, communications, and technology. Organize the flow of information to City Council and Boards to ensure successful meetings. Help maintain official records of City actions. Work collaboratively with the management team to develop a culture that celebrates success. Use a variety of tools to keep the public informed about City issues. Manage special projects that focus on City Council priorities. A successful candidate is approachable and organized, with demonstrated experience in administrative support, communications, technology and project management.
