They specialize in providing tailored solutions to diverse clients, leveraging technology to meet their strategic goals and operational needs. Job Description Analyze client business processes and identify areas for technological improvement. Develop and implement strategic technology solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Provide ongoing support and recommendations to enhance client operations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions. Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years). Experience in delivering major engineering, software-related initiatives with measurable impact. Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations). Hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), digital twins, and digital threads. Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives.
