This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, OH. The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to : reviewing new and renewal submissions from our agents determining acceptable risks and adequate pricing working with other underwriting departments to assist in maintaining profitability in assigned territories Be equipped with : strong communication, organization and time management skills negotiation skills strong focus on detail the ability to develop positive relationships with agency personnel and field associates strong analytical and problem solving skills the ability to make sound decisions based on information presented Bring education or experience from : a bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting or finance Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
