General Manager / Working Restaurant Manager Ryse Pizza•

$18-25 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time | Opening Team Opportunity Help Lead a New Restaurant Opening Ryse Pizza is hiring a hands-on General Manager for our new Port Austin location. This is a fast casual pizza restaurant with counter service, dine-in seating, carryout, delivery, and bar service. We run a team-oriented operation where everyone helps with everything. There are no "that's not my job" roles here. If the kitchen needs help, we cook. If the front gets busy, we jump in. If the bar needs support, we help there. Leaders lead by doing. We're looking for someone who likes operating, solving problems, and working alongside a team. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Leading daily restaurant operations Running shifts and supporting the team Cooking and helping execute food during rushes Assisting with bar service when needed Supporting front counter, guest service, and carryout operations Scheduling and labor oversight Training and coaching employees Inventory, ordering, and basic cost controls Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and service standards Helping wherever the business needs support What We're Looking For We want someone who: Has restaurant leadership experience Isn't afraid to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew Leads by example Can shift between kitchen, service, and operations as needed Stays calm under pressure Has strong work ethic and accountability Has moderate computer skills and is comfortable learning restaurant software, scheduling systems, email, and basic administrative tasks Wants to help build something, not just manage from the sidelines Pizza experience is a plus, but not required.
