Standards:
Learn to oversee the production of fresh dough and high-quality pizzas to ensure every customer gets "Hot-N-Ready" perfection. Lead the
Floor:
Coordinate team members during peak hours to ensure speed of service and kitchen efficiency.
Operational Oversight:
Assist with inventory tracking, labor management, and maintaining food safety standards.
Team Development:
Help train and motivate crew members to hit store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Customer Excellence:
Resolve customer inquiries with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
Candidate Requirements Age:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Leadership Potential:
Previous experience in retail, food service, or team leadership is preferred, but a strong work ethic is essential.
Communication:
Excellent verbal skills and the ability to give clear, professional direction.
Reliability:
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and reliable transportation to the Coffeen Ave location.
