Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, including sales management, cash handling, and customer service excellence Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills in retail sales, POS systems, merchandising, and customer engagement Manage inventory levels through effective stock management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and inventory control procedures Oversee scheduling, shift management, and ensure efficient store coverage to meet sales targets Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative team environment Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and maintaining accurate records Requirements Proven management experience in retail or similar environment with supervising responsibilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and training & development Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management, and store financials Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, inventory management software, and retail marketing techniques Ability to lead teams with confidence while maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation Experience with grocery or general retail stores is preferred but not required Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
