Proven written communication capability, with experience producing polished briefs, memos, or presentations suitable for executive review. Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to distinguish signal from noise, validate assumptions, and document knowns versus unknowns. High ownership and execution discipline, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, time‑box work, and deliver accurate, high‑quality outputs in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience supporting strategy, consulting, corporate planning, or research‑intensive work within financial services or a similarly complex industry. Comfort partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather context, validate insights, and enable decision‑making.
