Day shift with on-call rotation (weeknights, weekends and holiday); 8:00am - 4:30pmLocation:

Under direction of the Director, Care Coordination or designee, perform a wide variety of duties both within and in support of the Organizations Care Coordination Department. Direct and supervise the functions of Care Coordination including the areas of Case Management (utilization review, utilization management, and discharge planning) as well as Denial/Appeal Management. Provide 24 hour leadership for Case Management functions primarily at individually assigned hospital sites, with cross site coverage to ensure optimum use of resources, service delivery and compliance with various external regulatory requirements. Duties involve remote coverage for all hospital and alternative site employees including evening, night and weekend on-call coverage within scope of own position responsibilities. A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent education and experience is required. A current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Five (5) years of progressively responsible and related work experience is required. A current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and theCOVID 19
virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.Compensation:
