As a key member of the North America and World Championships (NA & WCE) Finance team, you'll partner directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into insight and insight into action. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus) 8+ years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role, with a strong foundational understanding of best practices Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., complex financial modeling, data analysis, etc.) Ability to concisely communicate complex financial information to senior management and non-financial business partners Solution orientation with the ability to identify quick wins, simplify complex problems, and drive value without overengineering Strong curiosity in the future of AI and its intersection with financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making; strong bias to experimenting AI tools and driving process efficiency Experience with Power BI is a plus Experience in a global organization with exposure to international financial processes is a plus The above declarations are not intended to be an "all inclusive" list of duties and responsibilities of the job described, nor are they intended to be such a listing of the skills and abilities required to do the job.
