Are you passionate about fitness and enjoy working with people? We're looking for a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our club as a Manager in Training. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys sales and coaching, and is interested in continuing to develop their skills within the fitness industry.

What You'll Do:

Support Club Operations:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the club, helping ensure a positive member experience and smooth facility performance.

Sales & Member Experience:

Drive membership and personal training sales by building relationships, conducting tours, and creating a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Coaching & Training:

Lead personalized small group training sessions while supporting members in achieving their fitness goals.

Team Support:

Work alongside the Club Manager to support team performance, maintain accountability, and contribute to a strong team culture.

Member Engagement:

Build relationships with members through consistent communication, follow-up, and high-quality service.

Community Outreach:

Assist with local marketing efforts and events to help grow membership and community presence.

Facility Standards:

Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional club environment.
