Description Own end-to-end production execution for assigned business areas—from order handover through delivery and DC receipt. Order pass-offs, production communication, and ongoing vendor coordination to ensure clear ownership and accountability. Monitor order lifecycle milestones and calendar adherence; identify risks early and drive corrective actions. Review and interpret daily and weekly production reports, escalating issues and recommending solutions. Oversee supplier related issues & trouble shoot with cross functional teams for resolutions and delivery adherence. Lead claim negotiations, cancellations, liability assessments and obtain financial alignment. Periodical factory visits and facilitate order status and capacity discussions, partnering with vendors/CFT for issue resolution and performance improvements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and reconciling data across SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and related systems. Apply strong statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, test hypotheses, and generate insights that improve production and vendor performance. Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting enhances visibility into key KPIs such as vendor performance (OTD/OFF), capacity optimization and delivery adherence. Translate complex operational data into clear metrics, intuitive dashboards, and actionable insights for leads. Champion standardization of metrics, templates, and reporting in alignment with organizational governance. Lead change management and adoption efforts by training teams on dashboards, tools, and new processes. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain with Analytical skills for production management environment. Strong merchandising and production execution experience combined with advanced analytical capability. Proven experience with enterprise BI and visualization tools such as Power BI and MSI. Advanced Excel and Power Query skills for automation and data transformation. Hands-on experience working with SAP, Salesforce, Snowflakes, Centric or any other ERP/CRM platforms. Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and the ability to influence decisions through data. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. MBA or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
