Summary:
The Practice Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Practice Management in maintaining efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the outpatient practices of the network, while meeting profitability goals and ensuring positive client experiences. Through the direct supervision of the office coordinator and office staff, the Practice Manager will ensure that the practices have consistent workflows and scripts to meet the clients' needs and will adhere to the guiding principles for Practice Management Engage in strategic thinking as a continuous process that drives organizational success. Display high levels of ethical behavior, accountability, transparency and compliance with licensing regulations Effectively and responsibly manage the financial resources. Implement and monitor operational plans to ensure accountability, evaluation and continuous improvement. Recognize that people are out most important asset. Utilize effective leadership, and supervision fair practices to attract and retain employees. Communicate the organization's mission, vision, values and progress toward cultural change to all stakeholders. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Associate's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
License/Certifications:
N/A Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years' business office management experience including one (1) year in a health care organization. Supervision of multiple clinical settings. Knowledge of Human Resources, organizational and clinical office policies, procedures and systems. Knowledge of fiscal management, terminology and health care reimbursement policies. Knowledge of computer systems, spreadsheet and financial systems programs and applications. Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives. Skill in analyzing practice operations as they relate to financial objectives, costs and rate levels. Ability to analyze data and interpret it for others Skill in establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with patients, clinical staff, management, staff and the public. Skill in identifying and resolving accounting and financial problems. Ability to encourage motivation, innovation, and high performance. Ability to delegate responsibility and manage staff. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly. Ability to think of innovative solutions to a non-traditional problems. Work flexible hours. Work independently, collaboratively and is self-directed.
